You do not need to live near one of our offices to buy through Kasmota. Dealers ship to a Nigerian port, and delivery onward to your city is arranged as part of your transaction. Everything — verification, payment, documents, tracking — can be completed online or over the phone.

If you would rather sit down with someone, we have walk-in offices in Lagos and Port Harcourt. Bring a family member, bring your questions, and have the whole process walked through face to face before you commit to anything.

Not near Lagos or Port Harcourt?

That is the normal case, and nothing about the process changes. Buyers in Abuja, Kano, Enugu, Ibadan, Benin, Jos, Kaduna, Uyo, Asaba and everywhere else use exactly the same system.

  • A phone or video consultation instead of a walk-in, booked the same way.
  • Your vehicle arrives through Lagos (Apapa), Lagos (Tin Can), Onne, Warri, whichever port the dealership ships to.
  • Onward delivery to your city is quoted and tracked on your transaction, so you are not left arranging a truck yourself.
  • Documents are in your account as they are produced, wherever you are.

Paying safely

Payment instructions are generated by the system and appear only on your authenticated purchase page. Kasmota staff — in an office, on the phone, or on WhatsApp — will never ask you to pay a personal account or give you different details.

If an office visit produces a shortlist or a quote, it is recorded against your account so you can verify it later from your own login rather than from a piece of paper.
