Kasmota Credit
Negotiation and inspection are carried out by our staff, on the ground, at our cost. Kasmota Credit is how that work is paid for. You hold credit with us, you draw on it when you send us out, and when you buy a car the remaining balance is applied in full against what you owe.

How it works
- 1Hold credit with us. Negotiation requires a minimum credit balance. That requirement is what ties requests to real buying intent, and it is the reason our staff are available to act on yours quickly.
- 2Send us out. Request a negotiation or an inspection against a specific vehicle. The price is published, and the amount is reserved from your balance — not charged.
- 3We deliver, then we charge. The reserved amount is charged once the work is delivered and recorded against your account. Undelivered work returns to your balance.
- 4You buy, and the balance comes off. Your remaining credit is applied in full against the vehicle price or our fees.
Terms
- Charged on delivery
- Credit is charged on delivery, not on request. If a dealership does not respond or an inspector cannot attend, the amount returns to your balance.
- Applied in full to a purchase
- When you buy, your remaining credit is applied in full against what you owe — the vehicle price or our fees.
- No expiry
- Credit does not expire.
- Not withdrawable
- Service credit is prepayment for work we carry out for you. It cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account.
- Fully itemised
- Your statement records every charge, what work it paid for, and the balance after it. Nothing moves without a line against it.
- Minimum balance on negotiation
- Negotiation requests require a minimum credit balance to be held. The exact figure is shown on the request form.
Non-refundable
Service credit is prepayment for work we carry out for you. It cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account.
Work delivered is work paid for. If we negotiate on four vehicles at your instruction and you then decide not to buy, that credit has been consumed by services rendered and is not returned. Any unconsumed remainder stays on your account indefinitely and can be used whenever you choose to proceed.
Price list
No credit required
Credit covers work performed by our staff. Self-service functions do not draw on it.
- Browsing and searching every listing
- Saving vehicles, comparisons and alerts
- Messaging a dealership through the platform
- An itemised cost breakdown for any vehicle
Top-up options
Larger top-ups carry bonus credit, which spends on the same terms as the rest.
A worked example
Chidi tops up once and receives that amount plus a bonus as credit. He has us negotiate on three vehicles and inspect the one he settles on. One of the three dealerships does not respond, so he is charged for two and the balance of that reservation returns to his account.
On purchase, everything unconsumed is applied against what he owes, leaving him with more value than he paid in. Had he not proceeded, the charged portion would stand as payment for services rendered, with the remainder held on his account.
