An inspector attends the vehicle, works through a fixed checklist, and records what they find with photographs. The report is attached to your transaction, and you decide whether to proceed before the dealership is settled.
An inspection records the condition observed at a point in time. It is not a mechanical warranty, guarantee of future reliability, or a guarantee of dealer performance.

How an inspection runs
- You order a package against a specific vehicle. The fee is a separate line on your cost breakdown.
- We assign an inspector who can reach the vehicle within the package's turnaround window.
- The inspector completes the checklist on site, rating each item and photographing every finding.
- The report is generated, versioned and attached to your transaction. You receive it in your account.
- You record your decision: proceed, request renegotiation, or cancel under the refund policy.
What the report contains
- An overall condition rating, plus a rating for every checklist section.
- Each finding with a severity, a description and photographic evidence.
- The inspector's identity, the date, and the odometer reading observed.
- An explicit statement of what the package did not examine.
Reports are immutable once issued. If a correction is needed, Kasmota issues a new version and keeps the original on record.
